Job Title: Head Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Coach to join our team at Wing's Badminton Corp. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for leading our badminton team to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions to improve team performance.
  • Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games.
  • Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance to determine their suitability for the team.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in coaching or a related field.
  • Work site environment: Air conditioned, non-smoking.
  • Work setting: Badminton.
  • Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel, travel expenses paid by employer.
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, hand-eye co-ordination, sound discrimination, standing for extended periods.
  • Personal suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics.
