Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform tire removal, installation, and repairs for all OTR vehicles, adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Follow work order procedures and communicate with Lead Hand regarding required work.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and professionalism in the workplace.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Exemplary customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Benefits:
  • 4 on/4 off rotation with 11-hour day shifts, no night shifts.
  • Starting wage of $18-20 per hour.
  • Direct deposit pay, twice monthly.
  • Consistent, steady work in a professional and respectful environment.
