Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at YARROW LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents in a nursing home setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by the healthcare team.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment and surfaces.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Immunization records
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull patients as needed
