Job Title: Medical Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Practitioner to join our team at Dr. Onunkwo Medicine Professional Corporation. As a Medical Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to evaluate patients' physical and mental health needs.
  • Prescribe and administer medications and treatments to patients.
  • Provide inoculations and vaccinations to prevent and treat diseases.
  • Offer healthcare advice and provide counseling and support on health and lifestyle issues to patients.
  • Report births, deaths, contagious diseases, and other health-related incidents to relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate and manage primary patient care services.
Requirements:
  • A degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry from an accredited institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a medical setting.
  • Ability to work in an urban area in a private practice setting.
Credentials:
  • College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP).
  • Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC).
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
