Video Content Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Content Strategist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Winnipeg. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing video content strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute video content strategies that align with our marketing objectives
  • Conduct research and analysis of industry trends and competitor activities to inform content decisions
  • Create and manage video content calendars to ensure timely and effective content delivery
  • Monitor and analyze video performance metrics to optimize content performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure video content is optimized for maximum reach and engagement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support content creation and distribution
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging video technologies and trends to ensure our content remains innovative and effective
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in video content strategy
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful video content strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of video production and editing software
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
