Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at DOMILYA DESIGN AND SUPPLY CENTRE INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work, requisitioning materials and supplies, and organizing and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees
  • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
  • Bilingualism (English and French)
  • 37.5 hours per week
