About the Role

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to provide high-quality counselling services to our clients. As an EAP Counsellor, you will work with individuals, couples, and families to address a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, interpersonal skills, workplace challenges, stress management, and addictions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide short-term, solution-focused counselling to address client concerns
  • Work with adult individuals, couples, families, and children
  • Offer telephonic counselling for clients in crisis
  • Adhere to professional standards and best practices
  • Participate in in-house training and meetings as required
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a counselling-related field or Bachelor of Social Work degree with appropriate registration and counselling experience
  • Registration/clinical membership with a regulatory college or body in your province of practice
  • 3 years of experience in counselling, social services, or addiction service settings
  • Experience working in the EAP field is an asset
  • Professional liability insurance coverage of $2,000,000 or as otherwise determined by CB Canada
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Written and verbal French language fluency is an asset
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
