ABOUT YOU
As a member of our team, you will execute landscape maintenance tasks with a focus on quality and service excellence. You embody our values by demonstrating respect and courtesy towards all clients and colleagues. You are self-driven, excel in fast-paced settings, and effectively manage your time to meet deadlines. A minimum of 5 years of landscaping experience and strong communication skills with supervisors, team members, and clients are essential.
Depending on your qualifications and performance, there may be opportunities for winter positions involving snow removal.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute landscape enhancement tasks such as hand weeding, planting of annuals, perennials, and shrubs, as well as seasonal clean-ups, trimming, and pruning.
  • Utilize various mechanical and hand tools, including bed edgers, blowers, dump trailers, pruners, line trimmers, chainsaws, compact loaders, and tillers.
  • Conduct landscape improvement activities such as mulch application, plantings, topsoil application, lawn seeding, and sod installation.
  • Address client inquiries, comments, and concerns, or direct them to the Team Leader as necessary.
  • Plan and organize job tasks to ensure adequate resources and materials are available.
  • Assist with the maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or GED (or current student status).
  • 5 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Valid G Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Background check.
  • Reliable transportation to the workplace.
  • Able to work during the day, on weekends, and during early mornings or evenings.
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds to waist level and fulfilling all physical requirements associated with this role.
This is a seasonal position.
