Store Manager Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Co-Manager to join our team at Windsor Fashions. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a critical role in driving sales, managing store productivity, and leading a high-performing team of fashion-loving Assistant Managers and Stylists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Analyze KPI reporting, translate numbers into behaviors, and drive sales to ensure the overall success of the store.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Support the Store Manager in finding the right talent, consistently making new networking connections, and delivering an exceptional onboarding experience.
- Operations Management: Organize and plan in detail to get the job done, analyze reports and communications to support payroll compliance, and execute operations to create an exceptional customer experience.
- Leadership and Development: Lead by example, communicate clearly, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through recognition, coaching, feedback, and utilizing company tools and programs.
- Store Execution: Support the execution of the Windsor Merchandising Directive, maintain a neat, clean, and tidy store, and make smart merchandising decisions.
- Culture Champion: Live and promote Windsor values in everything you do, deliver your best every day, and foster a culture of respect, care, ownership, and personal commitment.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of retail management experience
- Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
- Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
- Effective communication in both group settings and one-on-one
- Flexible and reliable schedule

Physical Demands:
Frequently stands, walks, observes, bends, and pushes. Must be able to count, communicate, read, and write in English. Must be able to access all areas of the store, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise or supplies, and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations.
