Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our housekeeping team at Westend Tech Ltd. DBA The Mighty Fraser Motel as a Housekeeping Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Dusting and Vacuuming: Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and comfortable space.
  • Bed Making and Linen Management: Make beds and change sheets, as well as stock linen closets to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Laundry and Cleaning: Launder clothing and household linens, and perform other cleaning tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
