Overview:
The Stelpro Group is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee our product validation and certification processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the product validation and certification team to achieve peak performance and strict adherence to regulations;
- Collaborate with the director to enhance the technical and professional capabilities of the team while promoting a supportive and engaged workplace;
- Design, oversee, and validate product certification plans, ensuring alignment with internal protocols;
- Work closely with development teams to facilitate successful product certifications;
- Oversee external partnerships to enhance and diversify product testing and validation efforts;
- Engage in standards committees to ensure our technologies and product lines are well-represented.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (electrical, mechanical, mechatronics);
- 5 to 10 years of pertinent experience;
- Experience in team leadership;
- Active member of the Quebec Order of Engineers;
- Demonstrated expertise in certification within the electrical-electronic sector;
- Strong proficiency in product validation and laboratory settings;
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Fluency in both French and English.
