The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service by executing tasks related to the receipt and distribution of merchandise throughout the retail space. This will involve unloading delivery trucks, moving pallets to the sales area, and assisting in the organization of products in a safe and tidy environment. The Associate will collaborate with team members to effectively plan and carry out responsibilities based on workload and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing the retail space for opening hours.
- Arranging, merchandising, and labeling promotional displays.
- Conducting live unloading of various merchandise types.
- Distinguishing this role from a standard stock associate by focusing more on labeling and organizing products in the storage area.
- Transporting pallets of goods to and from the sales area for overnight processing.
- Assisting in replenishing the sales floor as needed and providing customer support when required.
- Labeling the sales area in preparation for store opening.
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, including completing safety logs and securing displays and fixtures.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
