CMT Mechanical LTD is seeking a reliable and skilled Mechanic Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our mechanical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tool and Equipment Management: Safely move and store tools, equipment, and other materials to support our mechanical operations.
  • Site Support: Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed, providing a helping hand to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Health and Safety: Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain clean machines and immediate work areas, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience, including a certificate or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Willingness to work in rural areas, remote locations, and relocate as needed.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, and a team player attitude.
