PIPELINE INTEGRITY SUPERVISOR

Metalogic Inspection Services is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee our Pipeline Integrity division. This pivotal role demands a candidate with a robust work ethic and a commitment to excellence. The Pipeline Integrity Supervisor will play a vital leadership role, offering support, mentorship, and direction to the pipeline integrity team while fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Identifies growth opportunities through ongoing engagement with existing and prospective clients.
  2. Directs Metalogic's technical and research teams in the pursuit of continuous technological advancements.
  3. Oversees the development and enhancement of training programs.
  4. Manages all aspects of the pipeline integrity department, focusing on economic performance and growth.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. At least 10 years of experience in the pipeline maintenance sector.
  2. NDT certifications or an Engineering degree.
  3. RESIDENCY IN ALBERTA IS REQUIRED
  4. A thorough understanding of:
    1. ILI tool capabilities and limitations, along with direct assessment correlation.
    2. Pipeline repair processes and quality assurance.
    3. Data collection, reporting, and information management related to excavation.
    4. Advanced NDT technologies and their applications.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  2. Business development and growth orientation.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Proven organizational and time management capabilities.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  6. Technical expertise in Pipeline Integrity is essential.

COMPENSATION

Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
