Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team at Savers. As a Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving store performance, developing team members, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales, manage inventory, and control expenses.
  3. Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store operations.
  4. Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  5. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
