About the Role

C.F. Crozier & Associates Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the transition from our legacy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to a new system. As the ERP Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the transition from the legacy ERP system to the new system and ensure the proper closeout of the existing system.
  • Develop, lead, and motivate a high-performing, cross-functional team to achieve high-quality, customer-centric results.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, provide project status updates, facilitate decisions, and solve problems.
  • Work with the project steering committee to raise awareness on the system change and manage cultural change throughout the organization.
  • Ensure timelines, budgets, and overall project planning meet requirements and delivery dates.
  • Actively track project risks and scope to anticipate potential issues and work proactively with teams to develop solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance and prepare and deliver reports to the Executive Leadership team.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration.
  • Organize ERP demonstrations, conduct training sessions, and provide support to end-users.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve ERP processes and systems.
  • Provide ongoing project management support through research, planning, and execution of projects once the new ERP system is implemented.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of dedicated project management experience, preferably with IT projects.
  • Solid knowledge of formal Project Management methodologies; PMP designation is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
  • Minimum of 3 full-cycle large ERP implementation projects completed as the lead PM.
  • Strong skills in leading and managing organizational change projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, sense of priorities, and demonstrated ability to manage vendors.
  • Experience with Project Management Software.
