Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules, manage inventory, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet company standards, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize production efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
