  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Sanitation: Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas to meet health standards.
  • Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment and hiring of kitchen staff.
  • Operational Management: Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience in a culinary environment.

Work Environment
