You will collaborate with a team to manage inventory and assist shoppers in a safe and organized environment. Key Responsibilities...

  1. Welcome all customers with a courteous and friendly demeanor.
  2. Support customers by promoting products/services, assisting in locating items, and guiding purchase decisions.
  3. Address customer inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  4. Maintain an appealing sales floor by stocking and rotating products, removing damaged or expired items, setting up displays, and ensuring accurate pricing.
  5. Handle claims and returns appropriately, secure merchandise, identify high-shrink items, and uphold a safe working environment in accordance with company policies.
  6. Receive and stock products, operate equipment safely, and complete necessary documentation.
  7. Direct relevant service and transactional matters to a Customer Service Manager as needed.
  8. Stock and downstock merchandise as required, applying product protection measures when necessary, and completing modular setups.

The starting pay for this position is $17.55, with the final rate determined by relevant experience.
