About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at Norlita Dela Cruz. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a home environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Household Management: Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the children.
  • Child Supervision: Supervise and care for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Discipline and Guidance: Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, while also providing guidance and support.
  • Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding the children.
  • Household Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, including organizing activities and outings for the children.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
