Position Overview

As an ESL Instructor, you will play a vital role in guiding students towards fluency and academic success. You will create engaging lesson plans, foster a positive learning environment, and provide individualized support to help each student reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver dynamic ESL lessons aligned with curriculum objectives.
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and collaboration.
  • Utilize diverse teaching methodologies to cater to different learning styles.

Qualifications

  • TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent teaching qualification.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
