About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Processing Labourer to join our production team at Tai Fang Noodle Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials with precision and care.
  • Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers with attention to detail.
  • Conduct quality checks on products and packaging to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work in a fast-paced production environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Utilize hand-eye coordination to perform tasks accurately.
  • Stand for extended periods and move around the production floor as needed.
  • Attention to detail is crucial in this role to ensure quality products.
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling are required to perform tasks efficiently.
Weight Handling
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as needed.
Personal Suitability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with the team.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential in this role.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
