We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at K Ker Foods Incorporated. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and baking of a wide range of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Recipe Development and Execution: Develop and implement new recipes and menus to meet the demands of our customers, while ensuring consistency and quality in our products.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of bakers and kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to produce high-quality products.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
