About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Taco Bell. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and recipes that meet the high standards of Taco Bell.
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of safety and quality, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Staff Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a passion for delivering high-quality food and customer service.
