About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Agent to join our team at A C Tesla PES Inc. As a Purchasing Agent, you will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase and Procurement
    • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services to meet the needs of our organization.
    • Negotiate offers from suppliers and establish delivery schedules.
    • Monitor progress of delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management
    • Assess requirements of our establishment to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
    • Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and suppliers.
    • Resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience
    • Experience in purchasing or procurement is an asset.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English is required.
Work Environment

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a health care plan. This is a permanent, full-time position with 40 hours of work per week.
