About the Role

Coyote T-shirts Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for leading the design process and ensuring that all visual communications materials meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers and design teams to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard.
  • Project Management: Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Client Communication: Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, and to ensure that all design solutions meet their expectations.
  • Design Development: Develop and produce high-quality design concepts, including sketches, layouts, and final illustrations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure that all design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all design solutions meet the highest standards of quality, including attention to detail, typography, and color palette.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior design role.
  • Work Setting: Urban area.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, attention to detail, large workload, and tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, and team player.
