At ROWDY'S BAR, we are seeking a skilled Chef de cuisine to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning and preparing delicious meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase your culinary skills and creativity.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent service.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate special events, such as buffets and banquets, to provide exceptional dining experiences for our customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
