Join Our Team as a Housekeeping Guest Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Guest Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a clean and comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, including dusting, making beds, and replenishing supplies.
  • Take initiative to add a personalized touch to each guest's stay.
  • Ensure exceptional service and respect guests' privacy and belongings.
  • Sign in and out master keys daily and maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Update and record all cleaned rooms and return lost and found articles to the Housekeeping Office.
  • Report necessary maintenance items and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
  • Excellent organization skills and time management.
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.
Physical Aspects of the Position:
  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 40+ lbs.
  • Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
