  • Operational Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and maintain effective financial and administrative controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans, objectives, and policies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Representation and Negotiation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation of our interests.
  • Talent Management: Select, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring the organization has the necessary skills and expertise to achieve its goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, with a proven track record of success in strategic planning, talent management, and operational coordination.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions
  • Supervision: 3-4 direct reports.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
