About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at La Casa Ouzeria Restaurant (1999) Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
  • Load and operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
  • Store dishes and kitchen supplies in a clean and organized manner
  • Assist with food preparation and portioning as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and participate in recycling programs
Requirements
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
