Job Summary:
Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Brantford and surrounding areas. As a Community Visit Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our clients in their homes, utilizing a wide range of clinical skills and a holistic approach to care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to clients in their homes, including palliative, pediatric, wound care, and health teaching.
- Travel throughout Brantford and Brant County for client visits.
- Utilize a wide range of clinical skills, including but not limited to, intravenous therapy and health teaching towards chronic disease prevention.
- Teach and delegate tasks and functions to various levels of staff and client family members.
- Provide a holistic approach to care, increasing your skills through our comprehensive training, mentorship, and preceptorship programs.

Requirements:
- RN level nurses who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening), negative TB test.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
