About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Product Delivery Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of new digital products, features, and experiences in line with the priorities and strategies within the Commercial organization and supported Lines of Businesses. This role will be accountable for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business requirements and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of new digital products, features, and experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced environment leading agile transformation and successfully shipping large-scale, consumer products
  • Proven track record in delivering cross-functional programs while leveraging Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • Experience in delivering with internal and external product teams/stakeholders
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams with diverse profiles of people, processes, and priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in business or IT discipline (Computer Science)
  • Certifications in Agile/PMI
