Position Overview:

Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services is currently seeking dedicated individuals to support our winter operations team focused on snow and ice management.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the timely and effective removal of snow and de-icing of various commercial and industrial properties.

We provide well-maintained equipment, skilled leadership, and direct deposit for your convenience. Please note that all part-time roles are on-call and contingent upon winter weather conditions. Shifts will be scheduled based on snow and ice accumulation, clean-up requirements, or freeze-thaw cycles, with many shifts occurring overnight.

Candidates must demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to work on short notice, available at all hours as dictated by weather and operational needs.


Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a pickup truck equipped with a snow plow and salt dispenser.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that the existing landscape and property are protected during snow removal activities.

- Complete all required documentation, including reports on vehicle issues, accidents, and any property or equipment damage.

- This role may require early morning or late-night starts, extended hours, and weekend shifts, including holidays.

- Availability is required 24/7 to respond to weather-related events at any time.


Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in snow removal operations.

- Valid G or D driver's license.

- A cell phone with data capability is necessary.
