Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and process orders and instructions received from clients.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Oversee and manage the logistical operations of the organization.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics activities to meet operational needs.
  • Review and adjust the type and quantity of materials required for production and other projects.
  • Track and finalize work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials across various departments.
  • Perform routine clerical tasks to support logistics operations.
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and production drawings.
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports for management review.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and machinery.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment as needed.
  • Verify the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs.
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews.
