Position Overview:

We are in search of an IT Support Specialist to enhance our End User Support team. This role involves delivering operational assistance across our corporate, field, and SCADA/ICS environments. Reporting to the Lead of End User Support, you will engage in various IT operations, including support for end-user devices, meeting room technologies, Microsoft services, servers, networks, IT security, and field communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain effective working relationships to grasp business requirements and IT priorities.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and essential technologies.
  • Diagnose and resolve intricate technology challenges both on-site and remotely.
  • Provide assistance for Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Teams, and InTune.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure and Control Center Operations to support the SCADA/ICS environment.
  • Deliver IT training to end-users and ensure optimal use of IT resources.
  • Document business workflows and technical processes.
  • Comply with IT standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for critical service support.
  • Travel to various field sites as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems and support.
  • Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft services, and networking principles.
  • Understanding of field operations, PLC, SCADA/ICS, and communication systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Self-driven, eager to learn, and committed to achieving success.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
