We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Cashier Department Head to join our team at T&T Supermarket Inc.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Cashier Department Head will be responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of the cashier department, including staff performance and customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise department daily operation and staff's working performance
  • Provide on-the-job training, shadowing, guidance and supervision to department staff
  • Handle customers' complaints, build rapport with our customers by providing good smile, eye contact and attention to them
  • Coordinate in arranging all in-store promotion activities
  • Generate and follow up various store management reports
Requirements:
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer and technology knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
