Join Our Team as a Litigation Associate

REAL-R is a boutique firm in Kensington, Calgary, seeking a motivated and innovative Litigation Associate to align with our values of growth, empathy, and community involvement.

We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in litigation in Alberta and commercial law. The successful candidate will have a law degree from an accredited institution and be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in litigation matters, including wills and estates, commercial, and family law
  • Develop and maintain a book of business

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active community involvement and participation on boards
  • Trustworthiness and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in a second language other than English
