We are seeking a highly skilled Food Processing Quality Control Technician to join our team at INDIA PARADISE RESTAURANT. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in our food processing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct or assist in air and water quality testing to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Participate in environmental monitoring and protection activities to minimize our environmental footprint.
  • Conduct sampling and analysis using chromatography techniques to ensure the quality of our food products.
  • Compile records for analytical studies to inform our quality control processes.
  • Assist in developing programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with our production team to ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are followed at all times.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
