We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Branch Director to lead our team at our Saskatoon branch. As a Branch Director, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating branch operations to ensure efficient and effective performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate branch operations to achieve organizational goals.
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, inventory, supplies, etc.
  • Maintain effective administrative management practices.
  • Provide support to client services, including answering client calls and offering technical support to clients and employees.
  • Take client orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Plan and participate in annual inventory activities.
  • Interview, hire, and oversee training of staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Manage internal staff, providing leadership, motivation, and coaching to achieve team goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient product availability.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve objectives and increase revenue.
  • Create a positive working climate that fosters sales efficiency and professional development of team members.
  • Evaluate the needs of the team and make recommendations for necessary actions.
