Job Summary

The College of New Caledonia seeks a dedicated part-time instructor to guide students in our Early Childhood Care and Learning program. This role will be delivered entirely online, providing a flexible learning environment.

Skills & Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in a related Human Services field is preferred; however, a Bachelor's degree in Human Services combined with relevant experience and qualifications will also be considered.
  • Eligibility for Early Childhood Educator licensing in British Columbia is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in an early childhood center setting is required, with demonstrable expertise in inclusive childcare practices.
  • Prior experience teaching adults is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential for success in this collaborative environment.
  • A comprehensive understanding of community resources would be a valuable asset.
  • A passion for interdisciplinary and innovative teaching methodologies is encouraged.
