About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Pro-Line Painting & Decorating Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring they are free from dust, dirt, and other contaminants.
  • Paint Application: Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, using a variety of techniques and tools.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate conventional spray painting equipment, roller painting equipment, and other specialized tools to achieve professional results.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work in progress and completed projects to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: No degree, certificate, or diploma required; 5 years or more of experience in the painting and decorating industry.
  • Work Setting: Work in various locations, including residential and commercial properties.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.
