Job Summary

FAS ENTERPRISES LTD is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation department, you will be responsible for safely operating a commercial vehicle to transport goods and materials across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Vehicles: Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of our fleet of trucks, including regular inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Transport Goods and Materials: Transport goods and materials from one location to another, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Communicate with Dispatch: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Ensure Cargo Security: Tarp and secure cargo to prevent damage and ensure safe transportation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a truck driver.
  • Certifications: Valid Class 1 or A driver's license.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. You will be required to travel overnight and work in a fast-paced environment.
