Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train food service staff on food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure quality and freshness
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and delivery
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1-7 months of experience in food service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
