Product Advisor

Are you a sales-driven individual looking to accelerate your career in the automotive industry? We're seeking a highly motivated Product Advisor to join our team at OpenRoad Mazda Port Moody.
About the RoleAs a Product Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting new business, and contributing to the company's customer base. You will work closely with customers to determine their vehicle needs, promote new and pre-owned vehicles, and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and determine each prospective client's vehicle needs
- Promote new business and contribute to the company's customer base
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers
- Stay up-to-date on all products, including features, specifications, prices, colors, options, and standard equipment
- Use closing techniques effectively and ask for help from management when necessary
- Deliver new and pre-owned vehicles to customers and ensure they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork

Requirements- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong computer skills and ability to maintain records using a computerized system
- Effective negotiation skills and ability to make sound decisions
- A Current VSA MDC License and a valid British Columbia Driver's License with a good driving record
