We are seeking a customer-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an AZ Driver at our Burlington branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload equipment, securing it per company procedure and inspecting in transit if necessary.
  • Deliver and pick up equipment, maintaining accurate delivery and pickup records.
  • Secure customer signatures on contracts, if not already signed.
  • Inform supervisors of delivery or pickup difficulties.
  • Communicate with dispatch about schedule changes, notifying customers as needed.
  • Instruct customers on equipment operation.
  • Perform vehicle inspections daily, checking gas, oil, and fluid levels.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class AZ driver's license with a driver's abstract (no more than three demerit points).
  • Familiarity with local roads.
  • Experience with operating and delivering heavy construction equipment.
  • Availability to work overtime when required.
  • Flexibility to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
