Key Responsibilities- Purchase and Procurement
- Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services to support our operations.
- Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased, based on the requirements of our establishments.
- Negotiation and Contract Management
- Negotiate offers from suppliers to ensure the best possible prices and terms.
- Determine contract terms and conditions, including delivery schedules and payment terms.
- Supervision and Team Management
- Supervise and train a team of procurement staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to our internal stakeholders, including responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
- Skills and Knowledge
