We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Educator to join our team at Le Jougardi Inc. as a key member of our childcare centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Collaborate with our team to design and implement engaging child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Storytelling and Education: Engage children in interactive storytelling, teach songs, and lead activities that foster creativity and imagination.
  • Assistance and Support: Work closely with early childhood educators to carry out programs, assist with record-keeping, and provide support to children in developing essential life skills.
  • Environment and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to all necessary protocols and regulations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and community service providers to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment for children.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Clearances: Possess current Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR certifications, as well as a Basic Security Clearance.
  • Education and Experience: A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, with experience in childcare or a related field being an asset.
