Position Overview for AZ Truck Operator:
- Compensation: Starting pay typically between $30-32 per hour
- Work Schedule: Day shifts commencing between 3AM - 5AM
- Job Location: Barrie, ON
- Performance-based bonus eligibility after 3 months

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid AZ driver's license with a clean driving record

- Strong communication and customer service abilities with proficiency in English
- Previous experience in professional driving is advantageous
- Willingness to adapt to varying weather and road conditions
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manually sort and unload food items, utilizing appropriate equipment for transport
- Safely operate trucks and trailers to deliver goods across various routes
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and keep accurate delivery records
- Confirm product delivery at customer locations and manage customer invoices effectively
- Follow health, safety, and operational procedures
Additional Job Specifications:
- Flexibility to assist other nearby depots as needed
- Availability to cover deliveries and night routes for colleagues on leave
- Willingness to work weekends and complete shifts lasting 10-13 hours
- Understanding of variable work hours based on business needs and weather conditions
