About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at Demand For HR. As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage timelines and deliverables within the team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design software solutions that meet their needs.
  • Solution Development: Develop solutions that are efficient, scalable, and enable new business activities.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and support to team members and support staff through application demos, walkthroughs, and documentation.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Angular 2.0, BI Tools (Tableau), Git, Agile/scrum/Jira/confluence.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Capital Market Experience: Previous experience working in the capital markets industry.
