Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, including assigning duties and tasks.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management
    • Order merchandise and authorize returns to ensure optimal inventory levels.
    • Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
    • Develop and implement plans to improve staff performance and productivity.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to ensure optimal productivity.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads.
    • Manual dexterity and attention to detail required.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency required.
